My client requires an experienced nurse manager for their relatively small care home on the south side of Glasgow. This home has been going through some difficult times and now needs a manager who can grasp this opportunity and really organise and motivate staff, and ensure that the home is moving forward, and is delivering the very best levels of person-centred care possible.
As a qualified RGN, you will also have gained a recognised managers award, be familiar with Care Inspectorate regulations, and be able to lead a team of committed people to achieve the very best results
