North East Scotland
Up to £60,000 per annum
In Touch Recruitment are working on behalf of a leading Nursing care provider to recruit an e! xperienced Senior Manager to take on the role of Regional Manager covering Homes throughout the North East of Scotland.
As Regional Manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of a Nursing and Residential Homes which care for the needs of Frail Elderly Residents and residents with Dementia. My client is a well-established care group with homes throughout Scotland. With an excellent reputation within the care sector they are looking for a passionate and driven manager who can lead by example and drive the services and business forward.
The successful candidate will have proven Multi Site Management experience and ideally hold a 1st level nursing qualification (RMN/RGN) although strong candidate without a Nursing Qualification will be considered. All applicants MUST have experience working within a care environment at Senior Management level with an in-depth understanding of Elderly Care and Dementia care.
You will have excellent working knowled! ge of National Minimum Standards outlined by the Care Inspecto! rate and how to implement these. The group prides themselves on exceptionally high standards therefore applicants will need to have a solid career history with the proven ability to manage and maintain very high standards.
