Glasgow â€" c. £37,000 + Package
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to commission a brand new mental health care home in Glasgow.! The facility is due to open in 2014 and a manager is needed ASAP to ensure the smooth opening of the home. My client is a very well-respected care home operator with a track record of delivering excellent care. You will be fully supported in this home management role and be given all the tools needed to be successful.

The home will cater for adults who require long term treatment for chronic conditions, as well as those needing short-term and rehab support.
The Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for providing a multi-disciplined approach to all managerial aspects of the home.
Managing a multi-skilled team you will facilitate and implement the holistic care of residents with both short and ! long term mental health conditions.
You will ensure t! hat care standards are not only met but overachieved whilst continuing the smooth operational running of the home.
The Candidate:
You will have excellent managerial and leadership experience, with responsibility for large staff teams. Your operational skills will be highly refined.
You will have a good understanding of the issues facing people with mental health problems.
You will have an open and motivational style that develops and drives others to succeed. You will ensure your staff team are delivering excellent care to residents.
