The east Kent Commun! ity Childrens Respiratory Nursing Team are looking for two Childrens Nurses to join the team and deliver specialist respiratory nursing support to children and young people within the community.
The service covers the whole of east Kent and works closely with primary and secondary care to manage children with respiratory conditions and provide care closer to home. The posts will be involved in the early identification and intervention of children and young people and providing care and support to enable them to self-manage and avoid hospital attendance or admission.

These posts provide an exciting opportunity to childrens nurses who have a specialist interest in asthma and other respiratory conditions and will involve working as part of the wider Kent wide Specialist Community Childrens Nursing and Short Breaks Service.
