The position will involve working with a team of monitoring agents on a shift rota basis. The hours of work are nights on a 4on / 4off basis
The duties include the control of 220 CCTV systems, serving internal customers. We provide a comprehensive service to our customers for CCTV monitoring, key holding response, intruder alarm activation and incident response
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as within a team and be proactive in their approach to problem solving
It is desirable but not essential that applicants have experience within a monitoring station environment but full training will be given
