Job Description

  • Handling all incoming customer queries and questions through phone and scene.
  • Handling Frequent Flyer Programme issues.
  • Responding to customer complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Providing quotations and checking product availability.
  • Handling payment transactions, issuing tickets and refund queries.
  • Daily/Monthly reports.
  • Adhering to a company’s policies and procedures when interacting with customers
  • Staying up to date regarding a company’s products, services and policies by attending training sessions

Essential

  • Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly share and relay information.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure that customers receive satisfactory and reasonable service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to correctly identify issues and determine the most effective solutions.
  • Stamina to handle high volumes of calls and consistently provide excellent service.
  • The ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with complaints or challenging clients.

Desirable

  • Previous travel agency / airline background experience.

Please note that as this is a permanent position we require someone who has the permanent right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Reservations and ticketing training will be given.

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year
