We invite applications from candidates who are band 6 / 7 Registered Nurses with current NMC registration. Experience in ITU / HDU is essential, experience of community & supporting ventilated patients would be advantageous. These skills must be demonstrated on your CV.
The role is to manage the clinical aspects of care for our clients, working to the highest standards, promoting best practice and Pulse’s policies and procedures. Duties include: assessment of packages, development of person centred care plans and individual risk assessments, reviews, training and assessment of competencies and support the clients care in partnership with the multi disciplinary team.
Supporting our clients & staff is an integral to this role, candidates must have their own car and willing to travel within their role. 24 hour support is provided by our dedicated on call team. This role provides support to on call team on a rota, you will be required to work flexibly, out with office hours.
This role would suit an RN seeking a change of direction, enabling use of their clinical knowledge & skills. They will be motivated, enthusiastic and relish the opportunity to share their knowledge and think creatively within a supportive team. It is the essential that the candidate is focused on facilitating our clients to live within the environment of their choice and enabling them to realise their potential.
