BMI Healthcare’s ALBYN hospital in ABERDEEN is currently looking for GP REFERRAL ADMINISTRATORS to join their team of staff within the Admissions Department.
There are 2 part time posts available, one for 22.5 hours & the other for 28.5 hours per week.
The 22.5 hour post consists of 3 shifts of 7.5 hours on a rolling rota basis e.g. Week 1 â€" Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday; Week 2 â€" Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday etc.
The 28.5 hour post consists of 3 shifts of 9.5 hours working Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday each week
No formal qualifications are required however it is essential that applicants have excellent communication skills. Applicants should also be competent in working with MS Office and have a good understanding of computing
Duties of this role include:
Liaising with GP surgeries;
Processing patient referrals;
Carry out day to day filing, faxing and photocopying;
Dealing with telephone calls promptly and efficiently.
