Post: Staff Nurse Pool Location: Across our 3 Care Homes, Various Shifts Hours available Starting rate of pay at (97 ) £11.53 p hr rising to £11.89 p hr (100 ) after 6 months PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT CVS! - APPLY VIA OUR ONLINE APPLICATION FORM ON WWW.VIEWPOINT.ORG.UK Working closely with the Senior Care team the primary aim of the job is to maintain the health and well being of residents through clinical expertise and to lead and monitor the performance and work of the care team. The Staff Nurse will take a lead role in the assessment of care needs and the implementation and evaluation of residents care. Applicants must have a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN qualification) and hold current NMC registration. Experience in the care of older people with and without dementia is essential as are excellent nursing skills.
Previous experience of managing staff teams is preferred and excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. Regular weekend working is required on a rota basis. A PVG check will be necessary for the successful applicant. The £59 cost will be paid for by the employees.
