We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative to cover the Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Clyde, Ayrshire and Fo! rth Valley territory selling within the dermatology & pain management markets for a growing pharmaceutical company. In this role you will be a true territory business manager taking responsibility for sales and market share growth of your product portfolio.
You will identify your target customers and develop account plans to optimise return on investment. Your customers will include: GPs, Dispensing Personnel, Pharmacists, Secondary Care Customers (Consultants, SpRs, SHOs), Nurses and Health Board Personnel.
This role may suit a current pharmaceutical representative on territory who is seeking a fresh challenge or someone with transferable sales skills from another sector; hence ABPI is preferred although not essential. Importantly you will results focused, have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong customer relationships and be flexible/adaptable in your approach to work. An understanding of the NHS structure in Scotland and how this imp! acts on selling pharmaceuticals will be advantageous. You will! also need a full UK driving licence (max 6pts).
