Job Description:
An opportunity has ar! isen for an experienced RGN to join an established team in nursing home located in East Ayrshire. The 50 bedded services is proudly a part of a Natiowide care home provider. The team have put a lot of time and care in to the service to ensure it is meeting the needs of the residents and all regulatory standards.
Duties:
•Assist the home manager in the day to day running of the service
•Recruitment, staff management, appraisals
•Promote and enforce company policies and procedures
Skills/ Qualifications:
•Nurse Qualified - RGN
•SVQ Level 4 (or equivelent) or willing to work towards
•Previous experience within a similar leadership role
•Sound knowledge of regulatory Standards
•Confident and passionate
