The pay rate for this role is £18-24 per hour (limited company worker).
Duties
- Developing effective partnerships with service users to support their individual recovery journeys.
- Engaging in key work sessions.
- Offering health promotion and harm reduction advice and screening.
- Working alongside the designated Medical Officer to offer and deliver substitute prescribing regimes to improve health and promote recovery from the effects of substance use.
All applicants must be a qualified RGN and have a valid NMC Pin. You must have at least 3 years post qualifying experience as a Substance Misuse Nurse.
