Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Regional Health and Medical Manager located in either London or Aberdeen.

Overview:
The Regional Health and Medical Manager will provide strategic advice and leadership to client operating companies in the EEMEA region.

The role will build strong relationships with major operating company customers/clients, provide occupational health strategy solutions to regional busin! ess units that consider unique business and cultural issues in! providing innovative processes and programs.

Key Job Responsibilities for these positions:
Manages regional medical provision relating to area Strategic Business Units and facilities, including strategy development and issue identification

Ensures access to appropriate medical and emergency services provision for employees and dependents

Supervises medical clinics and delivery of clinic services, including health services and examinations

Manages Authorized Provider network and local contract medical facilities as required

Performs on-site evaluation of health facilities

Provides guidance on standard practices within Company Clinics

Provides medical and legal supervis! ion for Company independent duty nurses where dictated by regulatory agencies

Manages contracted vendors

Oversees occupational health issues for regional work environment

Establishes quality control procedures for Company medical surveillance and fitness for duty programs

Manages significant disability and complex cases for the Disability Management team

Maintains appropriate consultation panel and resources for special examinations

Ensures appropriate review of health data including company policy and regulatory examinations

Sets medical policy in region consistent with Corporate standards

Counsels management and advises employees on business related health issues

Interprets applicable regulations and ensures compliance with health legislation

Serves as management health officer and contact for government and health ministry

Represents Company on appropriate expert bodies and! trade associations

Develops medical and health content for bu! siness plans

Prepares and reviews medical emergency plans

Maintains all legal and professional requirements for medical practice

Participates in special projects and corporate related duties as required

Establishes development resources for medical staff

Supervises and conducts performance management of direct report clinical and admin staff

Recruits medical staff as needed

Relocation Options:
