SPONSORING & AMBASSADORS INTERN
Start date: June/July 2023
Duration: 6 months minimum
Responsibilities:
The candidate will immerse heavily in the world of partnerships (sponsorships and ambassadors) in sports and lifestyle:
- Support the team on the coordination of the partnership activations;
- Assist on the projects coordination and logistics around partnerships & ambassadors (products orders, merchandising shipping, invoicing & budget tracking);
- Handle day-to-day administration and operation of projects and programs, including order placements, vendor monitoring, travel & hospitality booking, attendee tracking and issues resolution, to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently;
- Follow-up and continuous update of internal & external communication (activation calendar, playbook, website, media portal, best practices) to facilitate and ensure up to date content;
- Assist internal & external cross functional work with structured planning documents to drive global initiatives;
- Research for Gifting and branding options for partners’ events & personalized gifts for ambassadors (Xmas, birth, birthday) – including ideation, benchmark, offers, and follow-up with suppliers.
Profile
Profile:
- You have a University Degree in Business Management or Marketing (Bachelor or Master Degree)
- You are fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- You are passionate for the brand and have an interest in Luxury goods and Sports;
- You have solid skills in planning, logistic, administration & coordination in project/events;
- You have an excellent commend of Microsoft Pack office;
- You are a team player with aptitude for sharing expertise and appreciating feedback, but you are also autonomous and can work independently.
