Job Description:
An experienced and motivated individual is require! d to assist the Home Manager in the day to day running of a popular purpose built 37 bedded care home in Glasgow offering Dementia, Nursing and Residential care.
Job Requirements:
•Assist the Manager with the overall responsibility of the home
•Staff management/appraisals/Training
•Care plans/reviews/meetings
•Budgets
Skills/ Qualifications:
•Nurse Qualified (RGN/RMN) Good clinical background within a nursing home.
•Strong experience in a similar management/leadership position.
•Sound knowledge of regulatory and Care Standards
•Dynamic & Enthusiastic
•Solid organisation skills
