Our Client is one of the largest Care and Nursing agencies in UK Healthcare Recruitment. Their network of offices has an excellent reputation in delivering high quality personalised service across the whole of the UK.
THE ROLE
The Edinburgh office is well established and has an excellent portfolio of business, the branch is very profitable and is consistently generating in excess of 1800 hrs per week. You will inherit an established team of 3 Co-ordinators and your key focus will be to maximise revenues from existing and lapsed clients along with the development of new accounts across the area.
You will be required to maintain a candidate base that have been recruited and selected in line with the regulatory framework requirements.
You will be required to effectively manage your team of consultants against individual and team goals that collectively will delivery against the branch budget.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
*! *Ideally have experience as a Branch Manager from within the D! omiciliary Healthcare Recruitment Industry (our client will consider candidates with managerial experience in other recruitment sectors).
**Have a track record in improving efficiencies and profitability
**Can demonstrate they have a history of working to budgets and use profit and loss accounts to deliver above average results.
**Have a proven track record of developing new business through a proactive sales process.
**Have effective management skills with a proven portfolio of improving consultant’s skill sets
**Have very accurate administration skills and a good understanding of legislation in the Healthcare Recruitment Industry.
**You will be described as a Manager who 'makes it happen’ and leads by example.
