With a budget of around £200m, three hospitals and 5800 staff, North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust provides acute hospital services to the population of East Durham, Hartlepool, Stockton-on-Tees and a small part of Sedgefield. North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust offers childcare in day nurseries, on both hospital sites. The nurseries cater for children from 3 months to 7 years and offers pre-school education for 3 and 4 year olds.
In 2011 the Trust has been awarded the Award of Excellence for practice placement by university nursing students.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Endoscopist to join our expanding Endoscopy and Bowel Cancer Screening service. North Tees and Hartlepool Endoscopy units are both JAG accredited and deliver an excellent standard of care to our patients and a high level of training ! and support to our staff, all of which is recognised within all the external reviews. The endoscopy service is run across the two hospital sites in seven procedure rooms and we are looking for an experienced Nurse Endoscopist to assist in the delivery of elective endoscopic activity and to support the year on year expansion of the department. We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and skilled Nurse Endoscopist to join the current service and integrate within our dynamic team.
