Our client is an experienced care provider with over 20 years experience of managing and developing care homes across the UK and who is looking f! or an experienced Operations Manager to manage a portfolio of care homes for the elderly in the North.

About the role:
Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operational performance of all services within their region including supporting the Home Managers to ensure regulatory compliance, delivering excellent standards of service delivery and delivering financial and business growth targets.

The Candidates must experienced at Home Manager level and have a proven track record in delivering good quality services.

Candidates must also hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to travel across their region.

About you:You will have:
Ideally RGN/RMN Nurse registration
NVQ4 or Higher
Experience of being a Exceptional Home Manager with a proven track record of running successful Home.

Satisfactory CRB/POVA checks
Authorisation to work in the EEC.
To provid! e 2 employment references
An understanding and practice of! the CQC code of conduct
