Salary: up to £45,000 Basic plus 50% annual Bonus, plus excellent package
Location: Perth! shire
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join a dedicated care team, overseeing the running of a nursing home in Perthshire.

For this role you will need :
Experience of running a Vast successful, highly rated Nursing Home.
Experience providing and monitoring nursing care within an elderly care environment.
To proficiently manage a team of nursing and care staff, delegating work and monitoring care given competently.
Experience working to CQC Guidelines.
Recruitment and training experience.
To be competent in the specific nursing skills you hold.
To developed and maintain profession yet friendly and trusting relationships with residents and their families.
To promote independence wherever possible.
At least 3 years Experience as a Home Manager
Relevant qualification Level 4/5
Preferred Experience
Be a registered nurse, registered or previously registered with the NMC.
Be a Registered Manager with at least 3 years Post Experience
The salary available for this role is an excellent up to £45,000 based on a Full Time Basis
