Compass Associates are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit a Registered Nurse for a 60 bedd! ed service based in the Stirling area. We are seeking nurses with the flexibility to work in a demanding environment with a passion for care of the elderly.
The Service
Catering for service users with elderly care and dementia.
The Candidate
Ideally the candidate will have worked in a care home environment previously and dealt with the elderly and dementia however this isn't essential. The ideal candidate will be kind, friendly and very approachable but most importantly have a passion for quality care.
Requirements (Essential)
- RGN or RMN nursing qualification
- Experience working in a similar position within the care sector
- Strong clinical skills
- Flexibility
- Good communication skills at all levels
- A pro active person who endeavours all types of challenges
- Someone who has a Passion for quality care
- 5.6 weeks holiday allowance per year
- Excellent training & development programme
- Good promotional aspects
- NMC pin subscriptions paid
- Free parking
My client is looking to pay £14.50 per hour plus benefits which will be discussed further at interview.
