Home Manager.
The Home Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of a 43 bedded care home.
Requirements:
The Home Manager â€" ideally will have already worked in a care or nursing home environment as a Home Manager. Other requirements are:
- You must have an up to date NMC Registration
- Excellent leadership abilities
- A proven track record in senior nursing
- Good communication skills
- Motivated
