This brand new home has 60 en suite rooms, which can provide accommodation for 64 residents who require residential, nursing and re! spite care. Placements are available for older people and vulnerable adult groups. A vacancy currently exists for an experienced Nurse Manager with up to date clinical and management skills to lead their established and professional care team and to provide expert clinical practice within the home.

Job Duties for Nursing Home Manager: • Responsible for the smooth running of the home and the general well being of clients and staff members • Supervision of staff, auditing of care plans and risk assessments • Undertake pre admission assessments for new residents to the home • Ensure that the home stays within its budget and that financial targets are met • Play an integral role in supporting the service users to maximise their independence and achieve their own personal goals The successful Nursing Home Manager must ! have: • The ideal Home Manager candidate must hold a current! nursing qualification. • Previous Care Home Management experience with in an elderly care environment • Proven clinical skills • Care Home Manager must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) • Must have a strong understanding of care service and delivery within a nursing home • Possess RMA or LMC or be willing to work towards it
