Temporary Carers Urgently Required Hourly Rate is between 7.00 â€" 10.00 per hour Harmony Recruitment and Development Limited are currently seeking applications for the positions of Temporary Carers to assist in our clients Ca! re Homes. The Role Previous Care experience in either the health or social care sector, combined with the desire to meet the needs and rights of older people is essential. Must have a sensitive, caring approach and be able to undertake personal care tasks. You should have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, motivated and be able to cope under pressure. Must be able to work on own initiative and in a team. Main tasks include assisting individuals to carry out intimate personal care tasks and support in meeting social and emotional needs. Contribute to the maintaining and updating of personal care plans using both verbal and written reporting methods. An ideal candidate will have a background in the care sector or studying care/nursing at present. The following certificates ARE A MUST â€" Moving and Handing-Current PVG or VBS
