HEALTH VISITOR â€" BAND 6
Salary £25,783 - £34,530 per annum pro rata for part time
A! n opportunity has arisen for a Health Visitor to join the Child, Family & Public Health Service in Angus Community Health Partnership, based in the Forfar/Kirriemuir locality.
Working as part of a skill mix team, you will be responsible for a busy family caseload as well as working in close partnership with colleagues in Angus Council. A commitment to multi agency working is essential.
A registered specialist community public health nurse, you will be keen to develop the service in line with current national and local strategies.
You must be willing and able to travel across the Angus area.
