The company prides themselves on prioritizing and keeping up to date with different training courses and programmes to ensure each and every member of staff is able to refresh and develop their skills.The Role Our client is looking for a nurse qualified manager to join their medium sized purpose-built nursing home situated within a quiet and rural area with scenic surrounding and beautiful views across the country side. The home specialises in elderly, dementia, residential and nursing care.
Within this role you will have managerial responsibility for all aspects of the home including the quality of care, delivering clinical excellence and also leadership in a busy care home environment. The ideal candidate will have a kind, caring and calm approach and have excellent communication skills. You must also be able to establish and maintain relationships with colleague and key external stakeholders.The Person You must be a qualified r! egistered nurse (RGN) with a current NMC pin. Experience in a ! managerial position or similar within the care sector is needed.
