I am currently working on behalf of a number of Private Hospitals that are actively looking for proven experienced RMN/RNLD/RNMH staff nurses and clinical leads to join their staffing team.
With facilities across the Midlands, the North East of England and Scotland are particularly key areas that are looking for staff. Services provided will include Learning disabilities, mental health, Nuerodisability, ABI, CAMHS, complex needs, challenging behaviour and autism.
As a staff ! nurse you will report into the clinical lead and provide clini! cal expertise to service users in the facility. You will be involved daily with medication management and safe working systems ensuring the highest level of care at all times. You should have a proven nursing background with at least a year post qualification experience within a Learning disability or mental health setting.
As a Charge Nurse you will contribute to the effective and efficient day to day leadership and management of the service as directed by the management team. You will be responsible for clinical supervisions and staff development for staff nurses under your remit and you will effectively be the nurse in charge or busy wards. You should have experience of supervising staff, a valid nursing qualification and at least 3 years` experience of working within a learning disability or mental health setting.
