The role is based in a converted small nursing home with an excellent reputation based Peterculter, Aberdeenshire The home caters for a small amount of adult residents with Learning Difficulties and Physical disabilities To be considered for the Home Managers position you must Be a Registered Nurse either RMN or RGN or ! RNLD Have experience working in a home management position Have a NVQ Level 4 or above or an equivalent Excellent knowledge of the Care inspectorate and their requirement Good Communication skills both written and verbal The successful candidate will be Responsible to the Regional Manager for the day-to-day running of the Nursing Home Ensuring and maintaining the highest possible standards of treatment, care and support You will lead, motivate and manage the multi-profession team You will ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies.
