This leading UK care company is looking for a high-performing and skilled qualified nurse to join them as Quality Manager, tasked with maintaining and improving quality within its care homes. You'll be responsible for several care homes in your region, ensuring that all services meet regulatory and legislative requirements, in addition to adhering to the company's high standards of care.

This is a field-based role and flexible working hours are required, as such you must have your own vehicle, own insurance and valid driver's license.

Day to day duties will include:

• Understanding all clinical and quality legislative frameworks
• Visiting each care home on a regular basis, assessing standards and competency levels
• Conducting rigorous inspections of equipment and procedures
• Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and continue to support each care home as they continue to implement good practice
• Creating clear and concise reports which can be analysed and interpreted by all staff
• Maintaining your own audit schedule
• Reporting on all findings throughout each home to senior stakeholders
• Liaising with the Operations and Property team on any work that needs completing

You must have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and be confident dealing with difficult and challenging situations. You'll be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience to join an organisation at a time of significant expansion.
