MAINTENANCE – Planners or Engineers – Central European Regional Shared Hub: HEINEKEN

We have roles in both Reliability Engineering and Maintenance Planning and have found that many talented individuals can do both roles - so we thought why not advertise them together and give you a chance to apply for both at once!

Location: Graz with between 10% - 30% across the Central European Region depending on where the action is! (Location at other breweries in Austria also possible)

What would you actually be doing in this Central European Hub role?

We’ve realized that pulling the best knowledge across our European clusters will allow us to create the highest standards in our ways of working. We’d like to give talented individuals the opportunity to develop outside of a Country role into a Regional position – and we will empower and support YOU to connect with and educate our colleagues on best practice and make change happen for the better.

You will be given responsibility for supporting all our breweries in the Central European cluster and you will end up either fully managing the brewery Maintenance planning based on the HACS (helping align the overall overhaul plans, aligning third party services, and coordinating the flawless adoption of maintenance processes) OR you will be optimizing planned downtime efficiencies and continually improving systems providing governance and support of planning (this will involve breakdown analysis, spare parts management, supplier management, pro-active (RCM) approach developing, updating and deploying the HACS into plans and models).


What experience will you need to succeed in these roles?

  • English language proficiency: at least intermediate (your CV and covering letter MUST be in English to be accepted please
  • Minimum 5 years of maintenance planning and scheduling experience OR Minimum 5 years Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) site experience as a Maintenance or Reliability Engineer
  • An ability to work autonomously in highly ambiguous situations and a desire to connect with different cultures
