Makeup Category Trainer for Stockholm/Sweden

The Role
You will be the Makeup trainer in a Nordic education team with 12 Category Trainers in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. In close partnership with the Education Lead, you will execute training programs within the Makeup categories and work closely with the Sales department to support a best-in-class sales force operating in Kicks, Åhlens, and pharma at the Stockholm area.
You will facilitate training within the Estée Lauder Companies products, sales techniques, sharing makeup skills, coaching, and other areas instore, in the classroom, and virtually.
You will be part of a team that transforms and elevates the education journey with a key focus on accelerating digital learning and virtual selling.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Execute programs for brands within specific makeup categories including selling, services, and coaching – in-store or via digital channels, working from home
- Plan and deliver education training for staff in stores across Sweden focusing on product development and educating & giving feedback on makeup skills
- Build sales and consumer experience capabilities within the field sales teams
- Develop, implement, and host programs for branded content on Social Media together with your team such as How-To videos and live streaming – both for internal use and for consumers, working from home
Qualifications
Your Qualifications
- You have a strong background in retail and education, preferably from the beauty industry
- You have strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver clear, concise, and compelling messages
- You are proactively seeking ways to improve personal and organizational effectiveness to meet current and future business needs
- You have an interest for the digital world and are not afraid of putting yourself in front of the camera
- You are an experienced and passionate beauty expert – preferably within the makeup categories
- You are fluent in Swedish and as well as fluent in English in both writing and speaking.
- You have a good understanding of working with the Microsoft Office package, such as PowerPoint, Word, and in Teams.
