Tasks
Your Mission
- You are the main contact person of commercial and accounting questions to our more than 1.500 worldwide customers.
- Checking and correcting the accuracy of our automatically generated invoices is part of your responsibilities as well as manual invoicing for selected customers.
- Your tasks include the clarification of open questions regarding pricing or invoices.
- Furthermore, you will check incoming payments and be responsible for the account payable, that includes to execute the receivables management.
- Successful completion of a commercial education or university degree
- Accounting knowledge in HGB and basic knowledge in US-GAAP
- Office (EXCEL/ Google Sheet), Help-Desk and Project Management tools (e.g. Asana)
- Ideally you are communicative and proactive person, used to carry out the professional activities in English
- Legally authorized to work in Germany (work permit is in place)
