Medical Sales Representative

Field-based – Eastern Denmark/Zealand

As a Territory Manager, you´ll be out selling at the Specialists, General Practitioners and Nurses in your territory to drive commercial success of the respiratory business in GSK. You will get to be a key member of the Respiratory Business Unit, which is a main pillar of the GSK organisation.

In this role you will…

  • Lead the sales of focused respiratory product in your assigned territory (in Zealand)
  • Lead cross-functional plans working with market access and medical partners to meet the needs of our customers
  • drive performance of your territory through face-to-face and multi-channel selling and establish GSK as the customer’s key partner and advisor by making relevant recommendations supported by scientific knowledge which are aligned to the customer’s patient types and needs
  • Use appropriate multi-channel selling platforms aligned to customer preferences
  • Regularly measure sales call performance and pro-actively seek feedback to continuously improve and develop selling skills
  • You will use data sources to analyse and review territory performance and identify territory trends and opportunities.
  • Based on territory insights you will capture opportunities and build robust multi-channel business plans
  • In all areas, demonstrate understanding of - and comply with laws, codes of conduct, policies and frameworks in which GSK operates and live our vision, values and expectations

  • Sales experience or experience in healthcare
  • Strong analytical and selling skills
  • Ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with customers
  • Experience in project management
  • Fluent in Danish, speaking and writing. Professional level English
  • Hold a valid driving license and have willingness to travel
