Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional Senior Principal Verification Engineer to join our PCIe Controller Group team in Taiwan. Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer.
As a Senior Principal Verification Engineer, the candidate will be reporting to the Verification Team Manager, and is a Full Time position. Rambus PCIe Controller Group is an international engineering team specialized in developing the next generation controller IPs for the PCI Express and CXL protocols.
- Guaranty RTL designs are matching specifications and requirements
- Test-plan definition, testcase development, debug, functional coverage
- Build and maintain automated verification environments
- Collaborates and communicates with the Product Leader regarding verification status, implementation progress, and issue resolution
- Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff members
- Provide proper and comprehensive documentation for the usage and the architecture of the verification environments
- Contribute to technical improvements on all aspects of the verification domain
- Master's degree or PHD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience
- Good English skills, communication skills, and willingness to work with an international team.
- Verilog, System Verilog, UVM
- Verification EDA tools, Verification methodologies, Verification Ips
- Knowledge on High speed interface protocols (PCIe, CXL …), Serdes and PHY PMA
- Data management and version control systems
- Automation servers and continuous integration
- Proficiency in programming and/or scripting languages (Python, Cshell…)
- Background in digital circuitry or hardware logic design
