JOB TITLE: Environmental Services Cleaning Operative
LOCATION: Potteries Shopping Centre
CONTRACT: Permanent
HOURS: 40 hours per week
SHIFT PATTERN: Six week rolling rota (6 on 2 off and every 6 weeks 4 off)
PAY RATE: £10.90 Per Hour
OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION
Cleaning Operative will ensure that exemplary cleaning and customer service standards always provided to the client and visitors to the site. A can-do attitude is essential in this highly influential role. Driving Licence Preferred.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
As an Environmental Services Operative you will be required to deliver the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout The Potteries Centre, internally and externally by ensuring that all areas are fully maintained and safe through a planned and reactive management operations programme. To deliver top class level of customer service.
To complete all scheduled cleaning and maintain a clean safe environment.
To ensure all documentation is kept up to date and recorded.
To ensure all good communication by fault / defect reporting.
To work safely within the safety guidelines.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and workloads.
- Able to remain calm under pressure.
- Adaptable and flexible in approach to work required.
Qualifications:
All training will be provided.
