Waiter Duties

Provide efficient and effective service to any guests on the table in your section.
Able to quickly settle guests, ensure well attended to
Have complete knowledge of all dishes and able to promote menus and dishes to guests
Attend staff meetings/shift briefings
Communicate escalations to shift manager
Maintain security
Customer Service
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome
Quickly greeted and shown to table, settled
Ensure guests needs catered for
Able to confidently answer questions re restaurant
Performance
Improving skills of self, processes and procedures
Communication/Team Working
Good communication and relationships across all aspects of business.
