As a manufacturer of complete fitted kitchens, bedrooms, and bespoke fitted furniture I am looking for an experienced woodworking machine operator or a carpenter / experienced fitter that wants to step into manufacturing.
The usual work involves the use of an Ardis optimised sliding table panel saw with CNC rip fence, a shaping and drilling CNC machining centre, edge-banding, cabinet assembly, and the drilling / prep of buy-in doors.
The work can also expand into the processing of rough sawn timber to create in-house doors and worktops, lamination of panels to create slab doors, as well as applying spray painting finishes.
Everything that goes out the door is fully prepped as far as possible in the workshop to ease installation times, no matter if it's a supply and fit or supply only commission.
Direct experience is not essential, but experience of woodworking machine operation, cabinet manufacture or kitchen fitting would be advantageous.
This is currently a small manufacturing facility with a small team working closely together. The workshop is based just outside of Ashford in Kent, on a nice country-set small industrial estate with parking.
