Description: Barchester Healthcare is looking of Head of Care -(D)(RN) - Barchester Healthcare right now, this position will be placed in Scotland. Detailed specification about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. What is expected of you as a Head of Care (Dementia) (RN)? You will be responsible for the delivery of care within our Memory Lane community which provide specialist care for those with Dementia. It requires you to work closely with and support the General Manager in ensuring clinical excellence and the delivery of high standards of care within our home. You will be a confident communicator, with the passion and skills to develop and inspire a team to provide the highest level of person-centered care. You will be a Qualified Registered Nurse (RMN) and be registered with the NMC.
