Our client, a medium sized hospital with two theatres based just outside Glasgow City Centre are currently looking to recruit a Scrub Practitioner. We are looking for an RGN (Registered General Nurse) or ODP (Operating Department Practitioner) qualified Theatre Practitioner who has scrub experience and ideally orthopaedic scrub experience. You will be responsible for scrubbing for a variety of procedures with a strong emphasis on orthopaedics including minor and major - hips and knees etcetera. Other procedures will include general surgery, plastics, ENT, ophthalmics and bariatrics. The salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 dependant on skills and experience. You will also receive a generous holiday allowance of 27 days plus bank holidays, healthcare, pension scheme and local discount scheme. This position is available at full time 37.5 hours a week only.
