Home Manager required for small care home in Perth & Kinross.
The right candidate will have experience working in a residential setting at a managerial level being able to display strong knowledge of working within a Care Home setting alongside thorough knowledge and understanding of current care regulations.
To be successful within this post the right applicant must display effective leadership, motivation and communication skills to help develop the team and the service.
To be considered for this position, Eclypse Recruitment will require the successful candidate to hold:
- Registered Managers Award, SVQ L4 or equivalent
- Previous Experience as a Residential Home Manager/ Care Manager
- Full knowledge of the roles and responsibilities required to manage a Residential Care Home.
- Up to date knowledge on all legislation with governing bodies.
- Genuine interest and care working with O! lder People
Nursing Home Managers/ Candidates with an NMC/ Active Pin will also be considered for this opportunity as your qualification and skills will be welcomed
