Chef de partie criteria : -
- The Chef must be experienced to minimum CDP level.
- The Chef de partie must have experience working within the following sectors, contract catering, hotels, restaurants, golf clubs, nursing homes, or Children’s nurseries.
- Must have own uniform.
- Current PVG cert would be an advantage but not essential.
