£33-£37K OTE (uncapped commission) Basic £25K
Flame Health are currently working al! ongside a market leader specialising in Cosmetic Surgery to appoint a Clinic Manager to join their established and dedicated team.
The Role
As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all clinical, sales, financial, personnel and administrative functions within the clinic. You will be responsible for maximising productivity and efficiency within the Clinic whilst focussing on achieving set compliance and targets. As a Manager you will work closely with the Clinic Nurse and the sales team to ensure all clinical aspects and nursing staff are co-ordinated within the sales objectives. In addition, you will be involved in selling non-surgical procedures.
The Person
To be a successful candidate you must have a proven track record in sales. Previous experience of delivering KPI’s and successfully managing a team is essential for this role. You must have excellent customer service, interpersonal, motivation and leadership! skills. Your ability to communicate with a wide variety of pe! ople is also of high importance as is the mind set to be flexible, energetic, a team player and a people person.
