In Touch Recruitment are working on behalf of a prestigious and well regarded care ! provider to recruit an experienced Nurse Qualified Deputy Home Manager to work within their well-established service in Edinburgh.
The service provides Care to Elderly Residents who have both General Nursing and Dementia Care needs. Committed to quality this dynamic care provider is looking for an experienced Nurse Manager who can take an active Clinical Lead within the large service. Leading by example you will be responsible for all nursing and care staff within the service, clinical standards and the assessment and evaluation of care plans.
As Deputy Manager you will work alongside the Home Manager to run the service successfully, therefore the role requires an experienced Nurse Manager who can take charge and work off their own initiative.
The successful candidate will hold 1st Level Nursing Qualification (RGN) and hold an active NMC Pin. All applicants are required to have a minimum of 3 years supervisory / management experience within an Eld! erly Care setting ideally at Deputy or Home Management level. !
