PHYSIOTHERAPISTS
to join our team of
BANK STAFF
at the
BMI CARRICK GLEN HOSPITAL
in
AYRSHIRE.
Working on an âas and when requiredâ basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence. The Physiotherapy department provides an Inpatient & Outpatient service from 8.30am until 7.30pm Monday to Friday however additional hours will be available 1 or 2 weekends per months to cover Inpatients.
It is essential that applicants have the following:
BSc Honours in Physiotherapy or MSc Equivalent
Current HPC Registration
The ability to cover all rotations in Physiotherapy
Applica! nts should also be competent in treating Musculoskeletal Outpa! tients
Duties of this role include:
Managing a clinical caseload consisting of Inpatients and Outpatients, providing physiotherapy assessment and treatment to the highest standard
Providing excellent customer service and promote a professional and caring environment
Ensuring compliance with appropriate regulatory and best practice frameworks
Taking an active role in supporting the implementation of national developments locally
Ensuring the department maintains BMI Physiotherapy accreditation
Participation in the department weekend rota
