This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Nurse Mental Health (RMN) who is looking for a permanent role in a prestigious Nursing Home in Aberdeenshire

You will be responsible for leading a shift to ! ensure excellent standards of care are delivered, and for prom! oting independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in your care. The role is ideal for a nurse who relishes a challenge, enjoys working in a busy nursing home environment and who constantly strives to ensure high standards and procedures are in place.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the delivery of quality care by continually assessing the resident's needs and wishes
- Developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet our clients changing physical, social and psychological needs
- Communicating professionally and warmly with visitors including family, friends and other external stakeholders
- Promoting high standards of nursing care for you and your team, by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner
- A Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualificatio! n
- A current registration with the NMC and a legal right to work in the UK
- Experience in working with patients with dementia (advantageous but not essential)
