OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
Responsible for relationship management and delivery of customer satisfaction with resp! ect to services and associated support, service improvement and overall business performance. Management of associated budget that will facilitate the execution of deliverables in adherence with the requirements of the company and the customer. Understand the culture, needs and growth aspirations of the client in order to identify opportunities for growth.
KEY DELIVERABLES
Contract management -Ensure the scope of work and contractual terms are adhered to and delivered in accordance with client expectations. Manage milestones within the contractual terms in a timely manner.
Service delivery - responsibility for managing client expectations undertaking regular review meeting across a cross section of the client base; liaising internally with our clinical, operations and finance teams.
Finance and Reporting.
Management of client monthly forecasting and annual P&L.
Setting and management of annual budgets.
Managing financial queries and bad! debts.
Review and issue of management information.
Ma! nagement of the contractual KPI's.
Management of associated supply chain costs.
Communication Skills - Maintain and build relationships at all levels both our internally and with our clients and suppliers.
Line manage offshore medics for allocated clients in conjunction with the divisional HR focal point.
MAIN DUTIES
Manage assigned budget with responsibility for first line approval of spend against plan, report on actuals against forecast and plan for revenue and cost. Responsibility for monthly accounting information for budget working with finance.
Relationship Management of key customers in the Energy sector through regular communication, meetings, QPR and FPAL where appropriate. Ensure the the Clients CRM database is kept up to date at all times.
Providing detailed account management in line with contract expectations and deliver to agreed service levels.
Work in conjunction with the operations, finance, project and clinical te! ams developing new products and solutions. Developing work flow processes with operational teams to ensure service delivery is effective. Supporting operational teams in day to day service delivery management.
Product development / refinement - understanding the range of products we can offer to the client, refining them to meet the specific requirements of that particular client, developing solutions to meet emerging needs. Contributing to product development / definition.
Management information and reporting -reviewing narrative and robust value add MI providing effective cost analysis and product trend analysis.
Management of all account P&L, maintaining management of invoicing and aged debt analysis.
Communication - ensuring contract staff and the business is kept up to date of issues / changes / performance.
Appropriate escalation of key account management, operational and financial issues to the relevant person.
Recognise and realise any up-sel! l opportunity within the client accounts, work with Business Developmen! t to provide proposals for organic growth and contract variations. Prepare and negotiate fee uplifts and scope of work changes as and when required.
Maintain key relationships with Finance, Projects, and Clinical and Operational teams within the business.
Line and HR Management of the Clients Medics assigned to client accounts. Support and chair medic's conference calls as contracted.
Managing the transition and implementation of new contracts for the full scope of work including management of TUPE requirements.
Attend client site on specific days per week to facilitate medic/contract management requirements as per scope of work as required.
Complete non-clinical audits on medics whilst they work offshore where indicated in the contract scope of work.
Management of client complaints in relation to service delivery both on and offshore.

Leadership - Managing Director - Energy, Operations Director ! IH, Business Development Director IH, Lead Clinician, Nurse Manager, Finance Director, Project Manager
Service DeliveryOperations team(s), Logistics Team Leader, Business Support Manager, OHP's, OHN's, technicians, other clinical staff
Client - Assigned Key Accounts
QUALIFICATIONS, JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience of managing a client P&L
Commercial Awareness - Oil & Gas sector experience/knowledge
Customer relationship management skills
Management of change and implementation of new contracts
HS&E / Occupational Health experience preferred but not essential
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Requirement to travel out with Aberdeen and overseas where the client contract requires support.
experience in commercial awareness and contract negotiation within the Oil & Gas sector
