Opportunity:
Due to a recent internal restructure our cl! ient has a newly created opportunity for a Consultant Relation! ship Manager for their Private Patient Services. Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for growing the Private Patient referrals in line with budget expectations ensuring that Customer Service and Clinical Provision exceed Consultant expectations.
Liaising with Consultants in mainly hospitals settings you will build key commercial relationships with consultants with a private practice to increase the number of referring consultants and to increase the average referral frequency of those already referring, rather than referring to competitors and other providers. Differentiating the company from competition and differentiate the service from the companies NHS Services
Education / Skills / Experience:
?RGN
?NMC registration & current in number
?Maintain an up to date and thorough knowledge of both Oncology and Haematology clinical practice and treatments
?Ability to treat Oncology / Haematology patients if requir! ed
?Relationship management
?Re-active to change
?Demonstrates a sound understanding of current healthcare market
?Strong negotiation and influencing skills
?Self starter / motivated to work on own initiative
