Due to increased demand we are currently recruiting for experienced Senior Care Assistants for ongoing temporary assignments across Edinburgh and the Lothians based within a variety of both residential and nursing homes.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering person centred care and support to physically and mentally frail older people, you will be responsible for supervising junior colleagues ensuring a strong level of support and guidance is offered at all times and tasks delegated appropriately.

Develop, review and update care plans to meet our clients changing physical, social and psychological needs.

It is essential that applicants have an SVQ3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.

It would also be an advantage to have a qualification in Supervision at level 7 SCQF.

All successful applicants will be required to register and ! fund applications to join the PVG scheme at a cost of £59 or ! update existing records at a cost of £18
