Description: The Social Care Community Partnership is at present recruited Interim Service Manager - Older People (Resources) right now, this occupation will be placed in Scotland. We are currently looking to recruit an Interim Service Manager on a 3 month full-time contrcat ba! sis initially to undertake the following three main responsibilities for a reputable Local Authority located in the West of Scotland. The successful applicant will be responsible for : - Council provided Day and Residential Serivces for older people in relation to Service Development and Inspection Strategic Lead (delegated by the Head of Adult Care) for the review of Older People's services within the council and the implementationof the related outcomes of the said review. Strategic Lead (delegated by the Head of Adult Care) for the development of the joint work with the NHS on the Integrated Resource Framework for Older People (IRF)/Change Fund and the implementation of the related outcomes of tthe IRF/Change Fund. Qualifications and experience: - The successful applicant will hold a Professional Qualification in Social Work/Allied H! ealth professional or Nursing professional and possess at leas! t 7 years post qualifying experience and at least 3 years proven management experience within a Health and Social Care setting.
