Regional Nurse Manager opportunity for the South Central territory.
Four fantastic Regional Nursing Manager opportunities have arisen with a global healthcare company. Due to expansion, they are now looking to recruit 4 Regional Nurse Managers across different regions in England, Wales and Scotland for their homecare service. This division focuses on the delivery of IV, Home Parental Nutrition, IV antibiotics, and nursing support direct to patients' homes.
Job Responsibilities: Regional! Nurse Manager
As a Regional Nurse Manager you’ll be acc! ountable for the safe and efficient delivery of complex care, total parenteral nutrition and intravenous therapy nursing services in a defined region. You will be managing a large team of field based clinical nurse advisors. You’ll carry out appraisals, personal reviews, and develop the nursing services in line with company strategy and the Senior Nurse Manager. This is a field based role, managing and coordinating a regional team
You’ll support the Business Unit Manager and Regional Sales Manager in the overall development of the homecare business.
Candidate Profile: Regional Nurse Manager
Suitable candidate for this role will have:
A registered nursing qualification/s. RN (RGN) qualified with active NMC
ENB 998 or equivalent.
Previous commercial management experience.
Proven budget management ability.
Training for all organisations on the IT capacity management system.
Capable of providing strategic focus, managin! g company's future requirements while delivering on current operational objectives.
Liaison with trust chief executives and senior directors on capacity management, urgent care and major incident planning

Salary and Benefits: Regional Nurse Manager
Basic Salary up to £40,000.00 (can be more for the right candidate)
£5k bonus
