Some of the key activities of this role include:
- Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices as well as end users' requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation and resolve requests via the ticketing system
- Provide IT Support/IT Helpdesk for our fleet of MacBooks and Windows devices
- Analyse and prioritise incoming requests and communicate progress with users
- Troubleshooting of video conferencing and AV
- Handle asset management, maintain inventory, prepare and distribute computers to staff
- Follow IT procedures/Processes for IT Service Management best practices as defined and published by IT team
- Assist and contribute to the Internal Support team roadmap
- Procurement and configuration of laptops & phones for new starters
- have relevant experience in IT, preferably in a face-to-face or similar role (such as Helpdesk and Support roles)
- are confident with MDM like Jamf, Kandji or Microsoft Endpoint Manager (formerly known as Intune)
- have experience with Okta or another Identity provider (idp)
- are confident with Atlassian JIRA Workflows and JIRA Automations and Confluence
- are experienced in Mac and Windows environments
- are Fast-Learning, Adaptable and proactive
- like to self-start and work well without supervision
- are proficient in communicating in English both verbally and in written form
- have experience in ISO 27001 protocol but not mandatory.
